I don't include things like databases, scheduling or booking features, or payment processing (these can be added on as upgrades). I build all websites in the Wix Studio website builder (all Wix branding removed). What you're left with is a clean, simple, custom branded website showcasing your business and services with no headache or stress to you, allowing you to focus on what you do best; running your business. FAQ
Traditional web design services require thousands of dollars in upfront costs just to design and build the website. On top of that there are additional costs for purchasing the domain as well as hosting the site. My subscription based service removes the large upfront costs and offers you a customized brochure-style website at a small monthly fee. I take care of everything; domain acquisition, layout and design, writing copy, publishing, hosting, managing, editing, and SEO.
After signing the terms agreement making any needed down payments, I will get to work designing your website. I'll send you updates via an emailed client feedback link that enables you to view the site, giving you the option to make comments or change requests directly to the site. Everything will be approved by you prior to publishing to the internet. Depending on complexity and the amount of revisions you require, your basic four page website can be live within a week. All edit or change requests to your site shall be sent via email or via the client feedback link so everything is documented in writing and there is no confusion.
Unfortunately I cannot. In order to keep my prices so low I must stick to the process as I've outlined. I cannot get involved with understanding or fixing code written by others. I can borrow elements and design ideas from your existing site, but what I build will be brand new using the Wix Studio builder.
The basic subscription package includes four (4) pages, including the home/landing page. Examples of other pages that are to be included in the 4 are a Services page describing what your business offers, a Frequently Asked Questions page like this one, an About page describing who you are and what your business is about, or a Contact page listing your address, phone number, email, and a contact form allowing visitors to directly send you a message from your website. Additional basic pages can be added as an upgrade for a one-time flat fee. Additional pages cannot be blogs, storefronts, payment processing, databases, scheduling, or any other complex page. These more complex pages can be added as an upgrade (with an additional cost). These complex page upgrades are not available yet but will be coming soon.
Most basic, four page websites can be live within seven calendar days. This can be impacted by many factors including how much content needs to be written, input and change requests from you, and upgrade options.
Yes! You will be able to post and edit to your posts on your blog page. After initial setup and publishing your site I will be hands off with your blog unless you prefer me to write and post content (extra costs apply).
Yes! You will be able to add, remove, edit, change pricing, or anything else to the items in your storefront. After initial setup and publishing your site I will be hands off with your storefront, unless you prefer me to manage it (extra costs apply).
I'm not a professional photographer and photo shoots are not part of my service. I will gladly use photos provided by you for your website (these photos MUST be original images taken by you, or you must have permission to use them for your website). I also have access to Adobe Stock images. This is where I typically get imagery for websites and marketing.
There is no cap on how many edits I will make for your site. However, please keep in mind that edits and updates are very different. An edit covers changing text, hours of operation, or replacing a photo. Updates require changing the layout or a mass content overhaul. Edits are included in your service. Updates are billed by the hour.
My business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm (central time zone). During this time I will be available to answer calls and work on edit/change requests of a non-emergency nature. For pressing changes that are time sensitive or if your website goes down for any reason, I am available 365 days per year to address the issue. My main marketing will is word of mouth, so keeping my clients happy is my first priority.
